Exciting Changes for WIC 2010

Offers Designed to Create an Accessible Conference for the Times

Leaders of the three sponsoring associations, the Association of Woodworking & Furnishings Suppliers® (AWFS®), the Woodworking Machinery Industry Association® (WMIA®) and the Wood Machinery Manufacturers of America® (WMMA®), have enhanced the conference schedule, its affordability and accessibility.

Children ages 12-18 $395
Monterey Bay Aquarium Social
Now Complimentary! This optional dinner and tour at the spectacular Monterey Bay Aquarium on Thursday evening, April 22, is now free. Transportation is included. You must be preregistered — use the Registration Form.

Golf Opportunities
The WIC Golf Tournament, scheduled for Wednesday, April 21 at the Del Monte Golf Course, is cancelled. Individual tee times without the tournament will be available for $135.

The schedule of events has been modified to allow for more flexible arrivals and departures while encouraging members to benefit from new joint association committee meetings, a revamped one-day only Contact Table Program, and expanded forums which include the Green User Forum, two End User Forums, Distributors Forum, Manufacturers Forum, the Public Policy Forum and Economic Outlook, and the Industry Roundtable Discussion.

Hotel Reservations
Set on 22 tree-lined acres in the heart of the Monterey Peninsula, the Hyatt Regency Monterey Resort & Spa offers beautiful newly renovated surroundings, exceptional dining, and upscale amenities throughout. Hotel registrations must be made by March 26, 2010 to receive the group rate.

Additional Incentives
Each association may be offering additional incentives. Contact association headquarters at AWFS, WMIA, or WMMA for details.
