A Machine Tool Manufacturer/distributor of panel processing equipment (Panel saws, CNC routers, point to point boring machines) seeking a team player for technical customer service support.
Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our Service Technician Team. Working in a collaborative team environment, this individual will be responsible for:
• Part sales for equipment
• Installations and training of equipment (Panel Saw and CNC Routers)
• Troubleshooting service issues on machinery
• Travel to customer sites nationally for installs and service
• Provide technical support over the phone
• Provide the overall high quality service that customers have come to expect from our company.
Qualifications:
• A customer service mindset and proven customer service skills
• Strong technical aptitude, including the ability to creatively solve technical problems
• Ability to multi-task and communicate clearly with customers over the phone, possessing good written and verbal communication skills
• Proven interpersonal savvy and the ability to establish and maintain strong customer relationships
• Excellent ability to contribute to a team environment, as well as independently and learn quickly
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Electro-mechanical aptitude a must
• CNC experience (1 + years)
• Is comfortable presenting themselves confidently and neat in appearance
