WMMA President Granger Retires from 3M Company
At the August 2003 meeting of the WMMA Board of Directors, WMMA President Chuck Granger announced his retirement from 3M Company after 37 dedicated years of service. In adherence with the Association Bylaws, (Art. VIII, Sec. 8), he officially submitted his resignation as President of WMMA.
In a precedent-setting move, the Board declined his letter of resignation, thereby expressing their wish for Mr. Granger to complete his term as President. His strong leadership for the Association was recognized by the Board, and Mr. Granger graciously accepted the request to serve as President through April 2004.
