The Committee continues to look for the best ways in which to communicate with legislators in an effort to initiate changes that will improve the business environment for small to mid-size manufacturing companies.

Small Business Legislative Council (SBLC)

As a member of the SBLC, WMMA is in a position to identify the issues most important to the members of WMMA and keep them in the forefront of the small business community at-large.

National Association of Manufacturers Membership and Leadership

As a member of NAM's Council of Manufacturing Associations (CMA), WMMA is in a position to offer direction that will benefit the members of WMMA. WMMA is recognized within the manufacturing association community as a leading advocate in communicating the importance of a healthy, robust manufacturing sector in the U.S. An array of manufacturing data and information are available to the WMMA member through hotlinks on the website to the relevant NAM site.

WMMA's Business Advisory Service

This free service provides the membership with an invaluable resource for legal issues, tax matters or general business concerns. This is provided by John Satagaj, a noted Washington, D.C. attorney and president of the Small Business Legislative Council.
