Mission:- To actively promote cooperative education, mentorships and internships between qualified students of WMMA Member companies.
- To help develop skills and expertise desirable for employment with WMMA Members.
- To expand the awareness of opportunities within member companies and bring a positive perception of this industry and manufacturing in general to people entering the job market.

Free $$ for Scholars
Current and Prospective Employees Program
Recruiting and retaining talented, well-educated employees is possible for members who participate in WMMA's flexible education programs. Members identify current or prospective employees who receive financial assistance from WMMA to pursue additional education in a variety of work-related areas. Interns and co-op students whom the member company intends to hire as full-time employees are also eligible. The program pays the educational institution up to $1,500 per semester for a two year period (for a potential value of $6,000.00).Employees of member companies have pursued further education in engineering, CAD, accounting and marketing as well as technical skills in manufacturing.
