Current and Prospective Employees Program

Recruiting and retaining talented, well-educated employees is possible for members who participate in WMMA's flexible education programs. Members identify current or prospective employees who receive financial assistance from WMMA to pursue additional education in a variety of work-related areas. Interns and co-op students whom the member company intends to hire as full-time employees are also eligible. The program pays the educational institution up to $1,500 per semester for a two year period (for a potential value of $6,000.00).

Employees of member companies have pursued further education in engineering, CAD, accounting and marketing as well as technical skills in manufacturing.
